Challenge:
The Fujairah Government wanted to position Fujairah as a global hub for outdoor tourism and needed a digital-first strategy. They required an integrated platform to manage trails, courses, events, books, and certifications, while also engaging the public with a digital library and AI-driven services.

Our Solution:

• Delivered the Fujairah Trails mobile app with UAE Pass login, SOS alerts, and incident reporting.

• Built the Fujairah Adventures Digital Library — desktop + mobile web app with downloadable books, CMS, and dashboards.

• Designed upcoming AI Chatbot to act as a 24/7 information desk.

• Worked with government stakeholders to ensure compliance, UX, and scalability.

Results:

• Platform adoption reached thousands of members in the first months.

• Fujairah positioned as a pioneer in digital outdoor tourism services in the UAE.

• The Digital Library reduced paperwork and improved access to cultural knowledge.

• The project became a flagship showcase ahead of GITEX 2025.
