Nexify VPN — Secure, Fast, Subscription-Ready App

Brief
Nexify asked us to turn a basic VPN into a premium, trust-driven product: faster connections, clearer onboarding, rock-solid security, and a storefront that converts trials into paid subscribers—on iOS and Android, in EN/AR.

What we built

• Cross-platform app (iOS/Android) with a clean, one-tap Connect and real-time status, light/dark themes, and accessibility-minded UI.

• High-performance tunneling with WireGuard (plus fallback protocol), automatic nearest-location selection, health checks, and instant auto-reconnect.

• Privacy & safety features: Kill Switch, DNS/IPv6 leak protection, custom DNS, optional split-tunneling (include/exclude apps), and secure local key storage.

• Monetization & billing: Native App Store / Google Play subscriptions, trials, regional pricing, receipt validation, and paywall A/B tests.

• Onboarding that converts: 3-step intro explaining speed vs. privacy choices, transparent permissions, and value messaging that answers “why Nexify?”

• In-app support: FAQs, ticketing, and diagnostics upload to cut resolution time.

• Analytics (privacy-first): event funnel for trial → paid → retention, crash-free sessions, cohort dashboards, and remote config to ship experiments without releases.

• Ops & reliability: gateway orchestration, automated failover, uptime alerts, and versioned configuration so the network scales safely with demand.

• Marketing surface: fast landing site, ASO assets, and localized store listings (EN/AR).

UX highlights

• Two-tap journeys for the most common tasks (connect, switch region, manage plan).
